We do not store personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is
provided or required by law. What does that mean in concrete terms?
Personal data of guests / suppliers are stored for the duration of the agreement / as long as we do business or as long as you are the contact person for the supplier and as long as we are required to do so by law (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for invoices) .

To prevent abuse and to be sure that the request has been made by you, we ask that you send a copy of the proof of identity with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, this is the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport or on the back of the ID card), passport number and Citizen service number (BSN) black.
